Group Training Sessions

If you take a look at our timetable you'll see group training sessions on every day. We believe our group training is what makes Zest different to other gyms... If you're not comfortable coming in and using our equipment and weights on your own, we really do recommend you join us for a couple of hour-long sessions each week - you'll soon see results!


Here's why we think group training sessions are a great option for everyone:


  • It's more fun! We take fitness seriously, but we also think fun and laughter goes a long way towards a healthy lifestyle... Socialising with the group means a little natter and giggle in between the hard work, and we've always got great music on the speakers to keep you motivated.
  • If you're new to a gym environment, group training will help you get to grips with what moves work on which muscle groups and how to steadily increase reps and weights in a way that suits you.
  • Our groups are small, which means you get really personalised attention from our friendly instructors, without feeling potentially intimidated by working out one-on-one.
  • We vary the routines so you'll never get bored! Our instructors switch things up each day and use training programmes that hit different parts of the body, including regular abdominal training and cardio.

Our downstairs studio hosts spin classes with a difference! The session includes work on and off the bike, incorporating cardio, core and strength. Unlike the rest of our classes and our gym, all spin classes are mixed, open to men and women. Please book online here.
