Core Challenge is an hour's workout for the entire body with emphasis on the core and abs. Tuesday is the perfect day to target those tummies.

Build strength & improve overall fitness on Wednesday & Thursday mornings with our instructor-guided workouts. Varied programs for the upper body, lower body & core.

AMRAP - Your midweek motivator

Burn calories and build lean muscle with this high energy class! 20 minutes of HIIT followed by strength training (different body part focus weekly) & abs. If you want to really ramp up your fitness this is the class for you!

The term AMRAP is 'as many reps / rounds as possible'. We will write a workout for you to follow with an instructor there to offer adaptions or just give you motivation!

This flexible workout plan is continuous from 4pm to 6.45pm. The best thing about this is that you can drop in at any time and do it in as little as 30 minutes and still get a great all over body workout! If you have time, why not make it an hour long class and have extra abs or use a machine!? We all need some Flexibility in our lives right!?

Improve posture, mobility, strength & fitness, ideal for men aged 60+

This is delivered by Pauline's husband Reg, a Level 4 qualified male Pilates and Postural Stability Instructor.

Instructor-led gym sessions

You are welcome to come and use the space and equipment by yourself during our opening times (booking necessary)... But if you are new to a gym environment and uncertain of where to get started, we really do recommend you join us for a couple of our instructor-led gym sessions each week - you'll soon see results!


Here's why we think these hourly sessions are a great option for everyone:


  • It's more fun! We take fitness seriously, but we also think fun and laughter goes a long way towards a healthy lifestyle... Socialising with the group means a little chat and some laughs in between the hard work, and we've always got great music playing to keep you motivated.
  • If you're new to a gym environment, group training will help you get to grips with what moves work on which muscle groups and how to steadily increase reps and weights in a way that suits you.
  • Our groups are small (around 8 per class) which means you get really personalised attention from our friendly instructors, without the expense of a one-on-one personal trainer session.
  • We vary the routines so you'll never get bored! Our instructors switch things up each day and use training programmes that hit different parts of the body.
